The firm’s dedication to the provision of legal services in the area of Commercial Property led in 1989 to agreement by the College of Law in Guildford to the donation of a prize (The Fearon Prize) to the most capable Law Student in the areas of Contract and Land Law. The Fearon Prize rules provide that a Board be maintained in the Library of the College of Law upon which there shall be inscribed the full name of the Prize Winner and the year of attainment. The Board is headed ‘THE FEARON PRIZE’.
