Francesca studied law at Staffordshire University and completed her training with Fearon & Co. becoming a Partner in 1999. During her time at Fearon & Co. Francesca has been responsible for the Private Client department dealing in the areas of Property and Probate law within the UK. She frequently helps clients who are in the process of moving home and makes Wills and Powers of Attorney. Francesca also assists in furthering the development of the firm’s international practice and is personally known to many law firms practising in the Republic of Ireland and for whom Fearon & Co. now act. Her contribution has been invaluable. She regularly acts for law firms in the Republic with a requirement for Grants of Representation in the UK involving foreign domicile and accountability for payment of Inheritance Tax. Fearon & Co. is committed to continuing professional development and Francesca is in charge of monitoring compliance with Law Society Standards. She is also Staff Partner and responsible for health and safety within the office. Francesca speaks fluent French and has many varied interests including music, theatre and travel. |
