We undertake all investigative aspects of legal work in England, to include:

• Investigation of freehold title

• Investigation of leasehold titles and reporting on occupational leases

• Seeking all necessary information in response to pre-contract enquiries

• Instigating local authority, water and environmental searches

• Advising with reference to liability for payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax, Land Registry fees and VAT

We prepare a comprehensive report on title  for our instructing principals which is couriered to Southern Ireland to comply with stringent deadlines enabling our Irish principals to discuss all relevant issues arising with their client direct and with whom a close relationship is maintained.
