John Phillips	Francesca Nash	Martin Williams
John is the firm's Senior Partner and deals with property and commercial. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and has been a Partner in Fearon & Co since that time. He deals with the acquisition, disposal and letting of commercial buildings, acting also for foreign investors.	Francesca deals with residential property, Wills and Probate law. She joined the firm in 1998 and was made Partner in 1999. She also speaks fluent French.	Martin is a long-standing member of staff as a senior associate Solicitor and deals with civil litigation and family law. He also acts for developers in the context of commercial rent disputes.
Siân Macey	Jenny Hill	Lucy King
Siân (pronounced Sharn) joined the firm in 2000 and is John Phillips' legal assistant (non-qualified). She assists him with non-resident Probate and Commercial Property work and oversees the firm's foreign advertising.	Jenny is a long standing member of staff based in the Private Client Department and is Francesca's legal assistant (non-qualified). She is also responsible for practice management.	Lucy joined the firm in 2000 and assists John Phillips in marketing the firms services abroad.
Hayley Robson	Tina Brookings
Hayley commenced her training contract with Fearon & Co in July 2007 and assists in all work areas of the firm, especially personal injury.	Tina joined the firm in November 2006 as part-time secretarial support to Martin Williams and assists with reception duties.
