Fearon & Co. are instructed by an Ireland resident to act in the purchase of an investment property in the UK at a price of £1.5 million.

We undertake all investigative aspects of the legal work in England which includes the investigation of the freehold title, instigating the necessary searches and advising with reference to payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax and VAT.

On receiving the results of these enquiries we then prepared a comprehensive Report on Title and related matters with copies of the relevant documents to send to the client.

Our client was satisfied and went ahead with the acquisition.
